We want you to be truly happy with your shopping experience here at Born Gorgeous and if for any reason you are not please contact us to arrange an exchange  or refund.

Should an item be faulty we ask you to return the item and you will be offered an exchange or refund.

If an item is simply the wrong size or similar please ensure all tags are attached and the garment is in excellent re saleable condition, please return the unworn item and we will issue either a credit note or exchange.

Please note we will not issue a refund in postage if you simply change your mind, if you wish to exchange you can either pay postage or include a prepaid satchel.

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
